Thursday, August 4: 1pm-7pm: West end park gate open to admit vendors and campers Musician sign in/entry for competitions at HOST campsite
7pm: POTLUCK SUPPER for all campers, musicians, and sponsors in the park
pavilion.
**Bring a dish to pass with serving utensil, your beverage and place setting**
8-9pm: Performance by:
PICKIN FOR PEOPLE
Admission by donation to benefit St Joseph Storehouse Food Pantry
9pm: Get to know your neighbor, campsite picking
Friday, August 5: 11am-6pm: West park gate open to admit campers
All Day: Musician sign in/entry for ALL competitions at host camper
4-5pm: Guitar flat-pickin workshop with Dave Keir in the gazebo, center of park
5pm: SUPPERTIME:
Food available at Briley Park Pavilion.
Proceeds to benefit Joseph Storehouse Food Pantry
6-7pm: Music performed by
TASTA GRASS
Admission by donation to help with festival expenses
7-8pm: Music performed by
GREENSTONE
Admission by donation to help with festival expenses

9pm: CAMPSITE PICKIN'
Saturday, August 6: 8-11am: PANCAKE BREAKFAST at park pavilion
proceeds to benefit: Briley Township Park Improvement
10-11am: Musician entry for ALL competitions at host camper
12noon: BAND SCRAMBLE BANDS POSTED at host camper

LUNCH TIME Food available at park pavilion, proceeds to benefit:
Joseph's Storehouse Pantry
1pm: BAND SCRAMBLE COMPETITION, winner chosen by anonymous audience judges
picked at random. No prize money, just for fun.
2pm: SONGWRITER COMPETITION, winner chosen by anonymous audience judges
picked at random. No prize money, just for fun.
3pm: SINGLE MIC COMPETITION, 1st prize $250.00, 2nd prize $150.00
4-5pm: Performance by:
SOUR MASH
admission by donation to help pay festival expenses
5pm: SUPPERTIME:
Food available at Briley Park pavilion. Proceeds to benefit Joseph's Storehouse

6-7pm: Competition winners announced, encore performances by all winners
7-9pm: Bluegrass music performed by:

9pm: CAMPSITE PICKIN'
Sunday, August 7: 11am: Gospel service by: PICKIN FOR PEOPLE
12-1pm: Clean up, pack up the youngins, grab the women folk and hit the road til
next year.

A Few Rules and Some Information:
1. THE HOSTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPE OF PERSONAL INJURY. THE HOSTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY.
2. KEEP THE GROUNDS CLEAN: A dumpster is provided for your convenience or take it with you when you go. Please leave the park grounds, pavilion and restrooms clean and tidy. Thanks.
3. ALCOHOL IS NOT PROVIDED AT THE BLUEGRASS IN THE PARK FESTIVAL. Families with children are welcome and encouraged to attend. Those wishing to partake are asked to do so responsibly as not to offend. Any use of illegal drugs or underage alcohol consumption will not be tolerated, the proper authorities will be notified and you will be asked to leave.
4. ABSOLUTELY NO GROUND FIRES!
5. WE ARE ALL HERE TO HAVE FUN. If any person becomes obnoxious they will be asked to leave and escorted out by the authorities if needed.
6. PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES AND NEVER LEFT UNATTENDED. Cleaning up after your pet is without question, mandatory.
7. Showers are available for a nominal fee at A Win-Sands Hotel, just north in Atlanta.
8. RESTROOMS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE PAVILION BUILDING at the west end of the park.
Please leave these clean and tidy.
9. Camping fees are payable at time of reservation. No refunds.
10. NO DUMPING OF SEWAGE OR GRAY WATER ALLOWED. Any dumping of sewage/gray water will result in being asked to leave.
11. THIS IS A FAMILY FESTIVAL. Watch out for the youngins at play, no cussin or spittin in front of the women folk, keep the moonshine consumption moderate so the law don't come.
